About Capital Region Powerchair Football

Capital Region Powerchair Football Team

At Capital Region Powerchair Football Association, we’re proud to work alongside organisations that share our passion for empowering athletes through inclusive sport.

Our Partner: Capital Football
Capital Football continues to coordinate the powerchair football program in the Capital region and all players are members of Capital Football. This provides players with the essential sports management and governance, including delivery of the training program, accredited team coach, venue, compliance and risk management.

Our Sponsors: Capital Region Muscular Dystrophy & Rotary
Capital Region Muscular Dystrophy is a vital sponsor, offering essential programmes and resources that support individuals with neuromuscular conditions. Their commitment to inclusivity and athlete development enriches our club, ensuring every player has the opportunity to thrive.

Rotary’s generous sponsorship plays a crucial role in our success by providing the funding and community backing needed to secure state-of-the-art powerchairs and equipment. Their dedication to supporting local initiatives underlines our shared mission of transforming lives through sport.

Together, these partnerships and sponsorships create a strong foundation for our club, driving our mission to inspire, empower, and achieve excellence both on and off the field.

 Our Equipment Partner: Astris PME
Astris PME plays a critical role in maintaining the high-performance powerchairs and equipment our athletes rely on. Their expertise ensures our gear is safe, reliable, and competition-ready—minimising downtime and maximising each player's ability to participate fully.
